WHAT THE ISLAND BECAME (A FOLLOW-UP)
As promised in January, Fizik Baskerville-- who subsequently became, it should be said for the sake of full disclosure, an occasional contractor for Linden Lab, and totally unrelated to that, a personal friend-- has made his island of Avalon a staging area for fashions based on the real-world clothing of the internationally-renowned designer Mrs. Jones. The designs are now available for sale in-world, and viewable here, at the website Fizik created especially for Avalon. And so the merging of real world commerce and online virtuality continues-- as, no doubt, will the controversy surrounding it.

Mr. Au,
Where in SL can a man buy a decent suit?
Thanks!

Since I've worn the same outfit for just over a year now, I should leave those recommendations to our more clothes-savvy residents. However, my own white suit was made for me by Misnomer Jones (not to be confused with Mrs. Jones!) longtime resident and master tailor, and I'm enormously happy with it.
