LONDON CALLING

The international community of Second Life responds to the terror attacks on London...

Last week's savage bloodshed in the London Underground prompted an impromptu memorial in Second Life's Fame neighborhood, with flowers and candles and flags from many nations, offered in solidarity to the many British citizens of Second Life. SL blogger Prokofy Neva (who describes himself as a survivor of the 9/11 attacks on New York) has the fascinating and moving details-- and being Prokofy, offers some provocative thoughts on where the Second Life community's tribute to the victims succeeded, and where it failed.
