MORE BLOGS, MORE PERSPECTIVES

Just added three more names to the honor roll of resident-published blogs, available due South on the left sidebar: a wittily imagistic diary from Jinny Fonzarelli, founder of Thinkers, a thought-provoking blog on Second Life's in-world economy from Lordfly Digeridoo, and the deeply energetic multimedia blog of Torley Torgeson, a newcomer who's already made a lasting impression on the community. Then, of course, there's the new blog from Philip Linden, another member of the development team who happens to be, well, the founder and CEO, who begins out the gate with a typically unexpected insight ("When I have seen pictures of early robots like MIT's Kismet, I have thought about how terrible it would be to be one of these robots and be even minimally sentient..."), then gallops off toward the finish with a typically provocative proposal.

All worth at least a visit, and perhaps a bookmark...
